Sommers & Sommers LLP is a general practice law firm with two Principals: Albany lawyers Donald Sommers and Andrew Sommers. This father and son team has been working together for over 28 years, to fight for their clients – and win. We specialize in all aspects of Family & Matrimonial Law, as well as Personal Injury. Our Family Law experience includes child custody, visitation, support, and all other aspects of separation and divorce. We handle all types of Personal Injuries, including automobiles accidents, falldowns and wrongful death cases.

Donald and Andrew have a combined 89 years of combined experience practicing law in the court systems of the Capital Region and in NY State.
