Us
Sommers
& Sommers LLP is a general practice law firm with
two Principals: Donald Sommers and Andrew Sommers. This father and son team has been working together for
over 23 years, to fight for their clients - and win. We specialize in all aspects
of Family & Matrimonial Law, as well as Personal
Injury. Our Family Law experience includes child custody,
visitation, support, and all other aspects of separation
and divorce. We handle all types of Personal Injuries,
including automobiles accidents, falldowns and wrongful
death cases.
We also handle real estate
transactions, preparation of leases and evictions, traffic
tickets, criminal law, and preparation of wills, among
other things.
Experience does

Donald and Andrew have
a combined 81 years of combined experience practicing law in
the court systems of the Capital Region and in NY State.
While we may be a small law firm, you will be advised
on your case by either Donald or Andrew. Unlike some law firms who have you meet with junior
associates, you can benefit from our experience
- not someone who is unfamiliar with your case or with
the court system.
